  2. Click it once
  3. A list of nearby WiFi networks will appear

On Mac:

💡 If you see no networks, check that your router (the box from your internet company) is plugged in and has its lights on.
On Windows:
  1. Find your web browser — Edge (blue "e"), Chrome (colourful circle), or Safari (compass icon on Mac)
  2. Double-click to open it
  3. At the very top you will see a long white bar — this is the address bar
  4. Click it once (any text will turn blue)
  5. Type the website address — for example: myissueslearn.com
  6. Press the Enter key on your keyboard
💡 You do not need to type "www." just type the name and press Enter.
  1. On the website's login page, look for a small blue link that says "Forgot Password?" — usually below the password box
  2. Click it
  3. Type your email address → click Submit
  4. Open your email — you will receive a reset link
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the steps to set a new password
🛡 Safety: A real website will NEVER call or email you asking for your current password. If anyone asks — it is a scam. Do not give it to them.
Quick method — works in any browser:
  1. Hold the Ctrl key (bottom left of keyboard) and press + to make text bigger
  2. Hold Ctrl and press - to make it smaller
  3. Hold Ctrl and press 0 to reset to normal

On Mac, use Command (⌘) instead of Ctrl.

To change your entire screen text size permanently:
  • Windows: Settings → Accessibility → Text Size → drag the slider
  • Mac: System Settings → Accessibility → Display → increase text size
Warning signs of a scam:
  • A pop-up or email saying "Your computer has a virus — call this number NOW!"
  • Someone calling you claiming to be Microsoft, Apple, or your bank
  • Emails with spelling mistakes, urgent warnings, or unexpected links
  • Any request to pay using gift cards or wire transfer
How to stay safe:
  • Never click links in emails you weren't expecting
  • Go directly to websites by typing the address yourself
  • Never give anyone your password — not over phone, email, or text
  • If unsure, close everything and call someone you trust first
🛡 Remember: Legitimate companies will NEVER ask for your password or gift cards. If they do — it's a scam. Hang up or close the window.
  1. Open your web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
  2. Click the address bar at the top
  3. Type: myissueslearn.com → press Enter
  4. Click Sign In at the top right
  5. Enter your email and password → click Sign In
  6. Click My Classes or find your class and click Join Live
💡 Save a bookmark: press Ctrl+D (or Command+D on Mac) while on the page — so you don't have to type the address next time.
